By downloading, installing, or using the AMRAPP mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use AMRAPP.
AMRAPP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, distribute modified versions, or use the App for illegal purposes.
No Account Required: AMRAPP does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for backing up your workout data regularly. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or uninstallation.
Not Medical Advice: AMRAPP is a fitness tracking tool only. It is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.
Consult a Physician: You MUST consult with a physician before starting any exercise program. By using AMRAPP, you assume all risks associated with exercise, including injury or death.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMRAPP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, on an individual basis (Class Action Waiver applies).
